Frequently Asked Questions

 What is your turnaround time?

I work from my office studio, Most things are now ready to ship, but bracelets, and a few other small bits are made to order. These won't take as long now though as lots of other bits are ready to ship. About 2-3 working days.If there are any problems with your order i will message you. 
Birthday orders are to be made the month before, and have an approx 1-3 week turnaround, depending on what you order, what we have in stock. Please bare this in mind, if ordering bows at the same time, as they'll all be shipped together.

 

What are your delivery options?

We have lots of options for posting. Its up to you to choose at checkout. 
Crowns are posted first class standard. Please make sure you select the correct postage at checkout.

Once posted items can take 2-3 days, but in busy periods this can be longer.

 

Do you post internationally?

Yes we post all over the world! 

I now have added a tracked option here, so you can choose to pay extra, so you have a tracking number, or you can just pay standard. Parcels to America can take 1-4 weeks sometimes longer, if held up by customs etc. If ordering a large amount international please do consider tracking.

 

Can i return my item?

Yes you may return your item. You will need to message me with reason why and your order number. Items must be returned unused. Items must be returned within 10 working days when you notified me. We do not accept returns for any customised/personalised items. When returning items you will be responsible for postage costs. Once i have received items back in same condition they were posted in, i will refund you full item/order amount.  

 

I have a discount code, where do i add it?

You need to click check out, and then the top box, will have a drop down that says 'show order summary'. Click this and scroll down, and the discount box will be there for you to add the code. Any other problems, please do message me.

 

Can i add to my order?

Yes, just give me a message and I'll make a note. I will give you a free shipping code you can use if your parcel hasn't already been shipped.

 

Do you offer gift packaging?

All Bows come on a piece of card, with a safety sticker. Bracelets come in a little organza bag. If your item is a gift, then i can include a note, just let me know at checkout.
